Employability Skills students at DDHS and DDTech practiced their interviewing skills by participating in mock interviews with community members! Students prepared a resume, cover letter, and job application before the mock interviews took place. After the students interviewed, the community members talked about what went well and how they could improve. Employability Skills students learned hands-on about what employers are looking for in new hires and how they can acquire skills to help them better compete as they move into colleges and careers.
DD Tech students are required to take Employability Skills. Students enrolled in DD Tech are offered a variety of opportunities to explore and experience potential career pathways throughout their educational journey.
